ITIL V4 Foundation and strong Service Transition knowledgeExperience designing support models across the complete service lifecycle, from concept and design through transition, operation and retirementRisk ManagementContinual Service Improvement (CSI)Stakeholder ManagementAgile methodologiesStrong planning and organizational skillsProject planning, coordination and implementation experienceUnderstanding of Service Levels and their business impactExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively with technical engineers, service delivery teams and senior stakeholdersStrong focus on service excellence and customer experienceProven experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficienciesStrong team collaboration skills
