👔Job Title - Operations Intern

📍Location - Nehru place

🔄Work Mode - Hybrid (one day in office)

📈Remuneration details - 5000/month

⏳Working Hours - 10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M.

📋Role Description

The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.

🎯Responsibilities:

Manage internal team operations and track project timelines.

Communicate with schools, vendors, and internal departments.

Maintain reports, follow-up trackers, and documentation.

Handle repetitive but crucial tasks consistently.

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.

🎓Requirements:

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Operations, or related field.

0-1 year of relevant work experience.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong sense of ownership and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
