Agency Channel Manager - Life Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Agency Channel Manager for our Life Insurance division in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the agency channel to drive sales and enhance the distribution of our life insurance products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the life insurance market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the agency channel's performance and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster strong relationships with existing agents and agencies to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep agents updated on product offerings and industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support agency sales efforts.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the life insurance industry.
