Key Responsibilities

Manage daily back-office operations and administrative tasksMaintain and update records, files, and databasesHandle data entry and documentation accuratelyPrepare reports, invoices, quotations, and other office documentsCoordinate with internal teams and clients when requiredFollow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completionHandle emails, calls, and routine office communicationMaintain proper documentation and recordsSupport the team in day-to-day business activitiesPerform other administrative duties as assignedRequirements

13 years of relevant experience in Back Office / Administration / Office OperationsGood knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and EmailGood communication and coordination skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPositive attitude and willingness to learnGood organizational and time-management skillsWhat We Offer
