Role: Salesforce Conga DeveloperExperience: 7+ YearsJoining: Immediate Joiners PreferredLocation: RemoteBudget: 1.75lpmRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Conga Composer, Conga E-Signature, Conga Templates, and Conga Queries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing document generation and e-signature solutions integrated with Salesforce. The role requires strong Salesforce development skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and automated solutions.Key Responsibilities● Design and implement end-to-end document generation solutions using Conga Composer within Salesforce.● Create, configure, and manage Conga Composer templates, queries, and Composer buttons based on business requirements.● Integrate Conga E-Signature with Salesforce to enable secure and automated document signing workflows.● Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements by collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.● Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Custom Metadata to support Conga functionality.● Configure and maintain document generation and business automation workflows.● Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce-Conga integration issues and provide timely resolutions.● Perform unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and post-production support.● Ensure solutions follow Salesforce and Conga best practices, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.● Support enhancements, production issues, and continuous improvement of existing Salesforce-Conga solutions.Required Skills & Experience● 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.● Strong hands-on experience with Conga Composer.● Experience with Conga E-Signature and Salesforce integration.● Strong knowledge of Conga Templates and Conga Queries.● Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and Custom Metadata.● Proven experience in Salesforce-Conga integration and document automation.● Good understanding of document generation, e-signature, and business process automation.● Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.● Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.Preferred Skills● Experience working with complex Conga Composer solutions and document workflows.● Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.● Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD practices.● Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator will be an advantage.Education● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Key SkillsSalesforce Development | Conga Composer | Conga E-Signature | Conga Templates | Conga Queries | Apex | LWC | Salesforce Flows | Custom Metadata | Document Automation | Salesforce-Conga Integration
