Key Responsibilities:

Process Automation and Innovation

Identify and automate repetitive HR processes using conversational AI and digital human solutions.

Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize and design advanced features tailored to HR challenges.

Ensure seamless integration of Amara with existing HR tools and systems.

Customer Engagement and Testing

Collaborate with organizations to conduct dry runs and pilot tests of Amara in real-world scenarios.

Collect and analyze feedback to refine product functionality and usability.

Present the value proposition of Amara to HR teams and decision-makers in various industries.

Strategic HR Leadership

Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and technological advancements in HR.

Work with internal teams to align Amara's development roadmap with industry needs.

Drive thought leadership on digital transformation in HR through webinars, whitepapers, and events.

Value Addition and Feature Development

Ideate and prototype new features that enhance Amara’s capabilities, such as employee well-being tracking, real-time data analytics, and engagement tools.

Ensure that all innovations align with organizational goals and drive measurable value.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner, Head of Resources, or People Officer.

Strong understanding of HR processes, challenges, and tools.

Passion for technology and innovation, with exposure to AI-driven solutions preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to conceptualize and translate business needs into product features.
