🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Brand Partnerships)

Midnight Media is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us build long-term partnerships with brands for creator and influencer marketing campaigns.

If you enjoy sales, outreach, networking, and closing deals, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Identify and research D2C brands across fashion, beauty, skincare, fitness, wellness, food, lifestyle, home, consumer tech, and other growing categories.

Reach out to founders, marketing managers, and brand teams via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

Generate qualified meetings for our team.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential brand partnerships.

Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain CRM records.

Understand brand requirements and coordinate with our internal team to prepare proposals.

Build long-term relationships with brands for recurring creator campaigns.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has strong communication and negotiation skills.

Is confident making cold calls and conducting cold outreach.

Is comfortable speaking with founders and marketing decision-makers.

Is proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Can work independently and manage multiple leads.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in influencer marketing, advertising, digital marketing, media sales, or brand partnerships.

Experience working at an influencer marketing agency, creator management agency, advertising agency, or D2C brand.

Existing network with founders or marketing professionals is a plus.

Compensation

₹2,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on performance and experience)

Attractive commission on every brand closed

Performance bonuses for achieving monthly targets

Opportunity to grow into a full-time Brand Partnerships Manager
