Quality Documentation Mgr

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, review, and maintenance of quality management system (QMS) documentation including SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals, and process records- Manage a team of documentation specialists and QA executives, overseeing document lifecycle management, version control, and approval workflows- Ensure all quality documentation complies with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies across the organization- Own the document control system, ensuring accurate archiving, controlled distribution, and timely retirement of obsolete documents- Lead internal audits and documentation reviews to identify gaps, non-conformances, and opportunities for process improvement- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and compliance to gather inputs and ensure documentation accuracy- Support external audits and certification assessments by ensuring readiness and completeness of all required quality documentation- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in documentation processes, templates, and quality record-keeping practices- Track and report documentation KPIs including review cycle times, approval turnaround, and audit findings closure status- Train employees on documentation standards, QMS procedures, and compliance requirements across departments- Mentor and develop the documentation team on quality standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices
