Founders Office - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:We are looking for a high-potential undergraduate intern to work directly with the founders across Anist and Anistachio. This role sits at the intersection of business consulting, product management, strategy and execution. You will work on real business problems, often starting with an open-ended question and taking it through research, analysis, recommendation, planning and execution. Your work may involve understanding a market, evaluating a new opportunity, improving an existing product, developing a go-to-market strategy, identifying partnerships, speaking with customers or partners, building an execution roadmap, and tracking outcomes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Strategy & research:

1. Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research

2. Identify strategic opportunities and convert research findings into actionable business recommendations

3. Build business cases, strategic frameworks, and execution roadmaps

4. Support founders in evaluating new ideas, target markets, and prospective business opportunities

B. Product management:

1. Research customer needs to identify product enhancement opportunities

2. Work on product discovery, positioning, feature research, and prioritization frameworks

3. Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine product strategy

4. Help take ideas from research to execution and iterate based on user feedback

5. Manage product workflows across Anist's technology platform and Anistachio's consumer products

C. Business development & partnerships:

1. Identify and research potential corporate partners, prospective clients, and ecosystem opportunities

2. Build partnership pipelines and manage outbound outreach campaigns

3. Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and executive meeting briefs

4. Conduct follow-ups with partners and maintain structured feedback loops

D. Founder's office & execution:

1. Convert founder discussions into clear action plans, operational timelines, and deliverables

2. Own end-to-end projects from initial research through execution

3. Coordinate across internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders

4. Build tracking sheets, SOPs, operational dashboards, and management processes

5.
