Senior Legal Manager

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation management, legal recovery, and enforcement, particularly in the context of Loan Against Property (LAP) cases. As a Senior Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing legal strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations within the NBFC and BFSI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation related to loan recovery and enforcement actions.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risk and enhance recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice and support on various matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and manage relationships with law firms.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the NBFC and BFSI sectors.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on legal compliance and best practices in litigation management.
