About Us:

Divya Arogyam Health Clinic is a leading clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care. We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and empathetic individual to join our team and serve as the main point of contact for our patients.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion: Call new inquiries (leads) promptly to understand their needs, introduce our services, and book their first appointment.

Patient Retention: Reach out to old, inactive leads or past patients to re-engage them, share seasonal offers, and schedule follow-up checkups.

Inbound Consultations: Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries professionally.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic's master calendar, handle cancellations, and optimize daily patient slots.

Patient Relationship Management: Maintain clean records of all interactions in our system/CRM to track follow-up schedules.

What We Are Looking For:

Excellent communication skills: Fluid, polite, and persuasive speaking abilities over the phone.

Sales or Customer Service Experience: Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or hospitality (healthcare experience is a major plus).

Tech-savvy: Comfortable using basic computers, scheduling apps, or CRM tools.

Empathy: A warm personality capable of handling patient queries with care and confidentiality.
