Work Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sat off)

Work Time: 09:00 AM- 06:00 PM (1 hr flexible)

CTC: 3.00 LPA to 4:50 LPA

Job Summary: We are hiring PG/ MBA freshers for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive with a premium recruitment consultancy based in Noida Sector 62.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics

Ensure timely closure of open positions and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

Fresh graduates from Any PG/ MBA Freshers

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)

Good organizational and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
