Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a systems‑minded Graphic Designer to translate briefs into on‑brand, production‑ready assets across e‑commerce, CRM, paid media, social, and packaging. You’ll uphold image standards for metals and gemstones, maintain our visual system, and partner closely with photo/video, marketing, and e‑commerce to ship high‑quality work at speed.

Key Responsibilities

Design multi‑channel assets: website banners/modules, PDP/PLP elements, guides, email/SMS, paid ads, organic social, and retail collateral.

Retouch product and lifestyle images with accurate metal/gem colour, consistent reflections, and dust/scratch cleanup; output for web/print.

Build and maintain reusable component libraries and templates (Figma/Adobe) with strong typographic hierarchy and grids.

Prepare print‑ready files (dielines, bleeds, spot colours/foils, trapping, PDF/X preflight) and coordinate proofs with vendors.

Create light motion/animated assets (cut‑downs, cinemagraphs, GIFs, logo stings) for social and ads.

Evolve and enforce brand guidelines (colour, type, iconography, grids) across channels and partners.

Collaborate on shoots: contribute to shot lists, crop ratios, and consistency for campaigns and PDP.

Version assets per platform specs (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, display) and localize as needed.

Maintain clean file structure, naming conventions, and DAM hygiene for fast retrieval and handoff.

QA all deliverables for breakpoints, file sizes, colour profiles, and accessibility basics (contrast/legibility/alt text).

Partner with marketing on A/B concepts and creative learnings to improve CTR/ROAS and PDP engagement.
