About the internship:We're looking for a curious and analytical intern to work closely with our customers and product/growth teams.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research to understand customer needs, pain points, and overall experience on the app.

2. Identify patterns and common feedback from customer conversations.

3. Convert customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Growth teams.

4. Work with the team to identify areas of improvement and suggest changes to the product/user experience.

5. Analyze basic data and feedback to support decision-making.

6.
