• Provide support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify and diagnose cusotmer issues reported by customers.
• Resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Document and track customer issues in a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Min 1 Year Exp Into Internatioanl Voice & Customer Services
• Any Graduate & Post Graduate Can Apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
