Job title: Business Development Manager– Land Investment Location: Noida Extension Area Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 4-5+ Years Salary: ₹4–6 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives Role Overview We are looking to hire experienced Sales Professionals with 5+ years of proven sales experience to manage client relationships, generate business opportunities, and support customers throughout the investment journey. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Noida Extension Area , requiring close collaboration with the local team and direct involvement in client-focused activities. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience . 35+ years of age preferred . Candidates with insurance industry experience will be given higher preference. Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills. Target-driven, mature, and professionally stable candidates. Key Responsibilities Make calls to prospective clients on a regular basis. Meet interested clients and brief them about available projects. Organize client visits to project sites and accompany clients to the sites. Maintain accurate MIS records . Attend training programs organized by company management. Represent the company at trade events organized by the company and its associates. Represent the company at events organized by industry associations. Attend and actively participate in periodic review meetings conducted by the company's management.
