Field Sales Representative

Infokart India is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to drive software sales across Telangana. The role involves identifying and engaging Medical colleges and universities, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, references, and market research.

Identify and approach potential institutional clients across Telangana.

Conduct face-to-face product presentations and software demonstrations.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software and digital solutions.

Manage regular follow-ups and drive leads through the complete sales cycle.

Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional decision-makers.

Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and consistent field activities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.

Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, demonstrations, onboarding, and client requirements.

Represent Infokart professionally during client meetings, institutional visits, and industry interactions.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in presenting and pitching software solutions to institutional clients.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.

Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.

Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana is required.

Must have a laptop for client presentations and software demonstrations.

Pharmacy Graduates/Post-graduates preferred.

Experience in B2B, software/SaaS, institutional, or field sales will be an advantage.
