BPO Executive

We are seeking a dedicated BPO Executive to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels. As a BPO Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
• Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
