Urgent Requirement For QS Engineer

Position: QS Engineer / Quantity SurveyorDepartment: Quantity Surveying & BillingIndustry: ConstructionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and estimates from drawings and specifications.Prepare and verify client bills, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and measurement sheets.Monitor project quantities, costs, and variations against approved BOQ.Conduct rate analysis and assist in cost estimation and budgeting.Review drawings, specifications, and site measurements for accurate billing.Coordinate with Site, Planning, Design, Procurement, and Accounts teams.Track material consumption, wastage, and project costs.Prepare variation statements, reconciliation statements, and quantity reports.Maintain proper documentation of measurements, bills, and project records.Support project management in cost control and commercial activities.Required Skills & QualificationsBE/ in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, rate analysis, and cost control.Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Experience in building/construction projects will be preferred.Experience3-5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing / Estimation.Preferred CandidatesImmediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.Candidates with good knowledge of Excel, billing, estimation, and site measurements.Experience3 - 5 YearsNo. of Openings5EducationGraduate (B.Tech/B.E : Civil)RoleQS EngineerIndustry TypeEngineering / ConstructionGender[ Male / Female ]Job CountryIndiaType of JobFull TimeWork Location TypeWork from OfficeFace Interview Location#16, Anugraha 1st main, 2nd cross, soudhamini layout, Jaykumar layout konankunte bengaluru - 560062
