If you feel you are a person who can handle & engage people easily, so take a chance to Join our Team.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSet, Plan & Implement various engagement activities.Defining & developing a community Management Strategy.Organizing various Community building initiatives to cultivate & grow participation in various community Forums.Creating Content such as blogs, posts, articles, newsletters, and material for social media channels.What we are looking forAt least 0 to 8 years of related experience in Community/ Public Relation Management or Event Management, with product-based or start-up will be plus.Degree: MBA with Event Management as specialization will be added onHaving prior experience with Community Management.You are a people person and can empathize and build rapport with others easily.You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.You have event management skills and can handle several multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.You are adept at managing social media.You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impact content.You are organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.Should be people-oriented and results-driven.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
