Inclusive Medicare Private Limited is looking for an experienced and driven Medical Device Sales Professional to join our growing sales team in the Delhi NCR region.

We are a healthcare and medical-device sales and distribution company working across Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Peripheral Intervention and Cardiac Surgery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow business across hospitals, cath labs, radiology departments and healthcare institutions in Delhi NCRPromote and sell medical devices across the assigned product portfolioBuild and maintain relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Cardiac Surgeons, Cath Lab teams, Purchase Departments and Hospital ManagementGenerate new accounts and expand existing hospital businessAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsConduct regular hospital visits and maintain strong customer coverageProvide product presentations, demonstrations and clinical/product supportCoordinate with purchase departments for quotations, tenders, orders and commercial requirementsMonitor competitor activity, pricing and market developmentsMaintain sales pipeline, DSRs, account-wise reports and follow-upsCoordinate with internal teams for stock availability, deliveries, documentation and customer requirementsSupport product launches, workshops, conferences and CME activitiesWork closely with management and principal companies to develop new business opportunitiesProduct Portfolio

Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:

Experience: 26 years in Medical Device / Healthcare Sales preferred.

Candidates with experience in Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Peripheral Intervention, Vascular or Cardiac Surgery will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong hospital sales experienceGood relationships with doctors and hospital procurement teamsGood understanding of medical-device sales and hospital purchasing processesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to understand and explain technical/product featuresTarget-oriented approach with strong follow-up skillsWillingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCRGood knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office and sales reportingGood command of English and HindiOwn two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferredTerritory
