About the Role:

We're hiring a Lead GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems. As part of our strategic partnership with Antal International, this is a direct client FTE role offering immediate career growth.

Work Location: Mumbai ( Lower Parel/ Airoli)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Your Responsibilities:

Lead design and deployment of production GenAI & AI/ML solutions Architect end-to-end AI systems (data pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring)

Drive Generative AI initiatives (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, AI agents)

Apply ML techniques to real-world problems (forecasting, optimization, automation)

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Design and maintain ML pipelines for experimentation and monitoring Ensure responsible AI principles, scalability, and reliability

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):

5 to 8 years relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering

1 to 2 years in a technical leadership role

Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistical Modeling

Hands-on experience with Generative AI: LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source), prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, inference optimization

Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)

SQL and large-scale data processing experience

Strong understanding of ML system design, model evaluation, performance metrics

Team leadership and mentoring experience

Strong Stakeholder Management

Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills (Good to Have):

Experience deploying AI/ML systems on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)

Big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)

Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)

AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks

Location Preference : Willing to relocate to Mumbai only
