About the internship:Palette Hire is seeking a talented intern with English proficiency (spoken and written) and MS-Excel skills to join our team! As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and learn the ins and outs of recruiting top talent for our company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with posting job openings on various platforms and social media channels

2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates

3. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding next steps

4. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires

5. Update and maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system

6. Assist with organizing recruitment events and job fairs

7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
