Field Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Recruiter to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manpower planning and international hiring, particularly in the Gulf region, with a focus on blue-collar recruitment. As a Field Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions, ensuring that we meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment drives and outreach programs to attract potential candidates for blue-collar positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the roles.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with timely updates and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Field Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on blue-collar recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of manpower planning and international hiring processes, particularly in the Gulf region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools to manage candidate pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
