We are seeking a motivated BPO Telecaller to join our team in Amritsar. This full-time, work-from-home position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about customer service and communication.Key Responsibilities:- Making Calls: You will reach out to potential customers to provide information about our services and products.- Handling Queries: Listen to customer inquiries and offer clear, helpful answers to their questions to resolve issues.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of each call and customer interaction in our database for tracking purposes.- Follow-Up: Reach out to customers who are interested but have not yet made a decision to encourage them to try our services.- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and enhance their experience.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor to build rapport with customers.
