Wear CareOff uniform at duty. Communication Skills: Must speak basic English and Hindi. Talk politely and respectfully. Give updates to the family. Listen carefully and follow instructions. Behaviour & Etiquette: Be respectful to elders, children, and family members. No shouting, arguing, or gossiping. Follow home rules (shoes, kitchen, rooms, etc.). Keep personal phone usage minimal (only when required). Maintain privacy of the family. Time & Discipline: Come on time every day. Follow daily schedule properly. Inform the family if running late.
