Job description

Collection & Recovery Manager :- Manage collection teams and ensure achievement of monthly recovery targets. Monitor team performance, case allocation, PTP and overdue accounts. Handle escalated customer/recovery cases and improve collection efficiency. Conduct regular team reviews and guide executives on recovery strategies. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and coordinate with clients & management. Ensure compliance with company and client collection policies.
