Strong Product Manager with relevant industry (ERP/POS/B2B SaaS in RetailTech) experience OR Top College MBA graduate with 2 years experience in product companyMandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS in Retail Tech Industry OR POS OR Supply-chain/Logistic-Tech OR Commerce / Omnichannel platforms.Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have proven track record of driving measurable business impact, such as improvements in product adoption, revenue, retention, activation, or customer experience, rather than only delivering features.Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must demonstrate end-to-end product ownership, including product discovery, PRD creation, prioritization, launch, and post-launch performance trackingMandatory (Stability) – Candidate should have worked minimum 1.5 years in each companyMandatory (Company) - Ecommerce / POS/ Retail Tech SaaS Companies)
