About the job:1. Academic Teaching & Syllabus Completion: Deliver high-quality, concept-based lectures for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET and Board examinations. Complete the assigned syllabus within the approved academic timeline.

2. Lesson Planning & Study Material: Prepare structured lesson plans, comprehensive notes, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), assignments and examination-oriented study material.

3. Test Series & Question Paper Development: Design chapter-wise tests, cumulative examinations and full-syllabus mock tests based on the latest applicable examination patterns. Ensure appropriate difficulty levels and quality of questions.

4. Test Evaluation & Performance Analysis: Evaluate students' performance, identify conceptual weaknesses, maintain individual progress records and implement targeted improvement strategies.

5. Doubt Resolution & Mentorship: Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, provide individual academic guidance and motivate students to achieve their potential.

6. Student Performance & Results: Take responsibility for the academic progress of assigned batches, with emphasis on improving conceptual understanding, question-solving accuracy, speed and examination readiness.

7. Classroom Management & Discipline: Maintain punctuality, professional conduct, a positive learning environment and discipline in both online and offline classes.

8. Academic Coordination: Coordinate with the Academic Head and fellow faculty members to maintain syllabus alignment, balanced workloads, examination schedules and academic quality.

9. Student & Parent Communication: Provide constructive academic feedback, participate in parent-teacher meetings when required and communicate students' progress through the institute's established channels.
