The role requires deep expertise in search engine optimisation, a data-drivenapproach, and the ability to execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across all digital channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with the brand's marketing andbusiness objectivesConduct keyword research and analysis to inform content creation and optimisation effortsOptimise website structure, content, and metadata to improve search engine visibility and driveorganic trafficMonitor and analyse search engine rankings, traffic patterns, and conversion data to inform and refineSEO effortsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into SEO strategiesCollaborate with the Marketing Manager, content writers, and designers to ensure all digital assetsare optimised for search enginesCommunicate the value of SEO to internal stakeholders and educate them on best practicesMeasure and report on the success of SEO initiatives and use data to inform future optimisationeffortsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Organic and overall traffic growthSearch engine rankings for target keywordsBounce rate and time on site metricsConversion rate and lead generation metricsReturn on investment (ROI) of SEO initiativesSearch engine visibility and website performance, as measured by tools such as Google Analytics andSearch ConsoleQualifications:Bachelor's or master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successDeep expertise in search engine optimisation, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, linkbuilding, and analyticsExperience with website architecture and development and the ability to collaborate with developersand designers to implement SEO recommendationsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform and refine SEO strategiesExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesMarketing - HiringStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to educate and communicate thevalue of SEO to internal stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a team
