Web Developer (Shopify Specialist – D2C & Luxury E-commerce)Location: Delhi (On-site)Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Shopify-focused Web Developer with hands-on experience in building and scaling D2C e-commerce websites, preferably in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands. The role involves creating seamless, high-converting storefronts with strong emphasis on user experience, performance, and brand storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores for D2C brandsWork extensively on Shopify themes (Liquid), custom sections, and storefront customizationOptimize product pages, collection pages, and checkout experience for conversionsIntegrate and manage Shopify apps and third-party tools (payments, CRM, Klaviyo/email marketing, analytics, etc.)Implement UX/UI improvements aligned with luxury brand aesthetics and storytellingEnsure site speed, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibilityHandle store setup, migrations, and performance optimizationCollaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns, landing pages, and dropsImplement basic SEO best practices (meta tags, schema, site structure)Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to themes, apps, and store performanceMaintain site security, backups, and scalabilityRequirements1–4 years of hands-on Shopify development experience, preferably with D2C brandsProven experience working on e-commerce websites (fashion, luxury, lifestyle preferred)Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, themes, and app integrationsProficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScriptExperience with conversion-focused design and performance optimizationFamiliarity with Shopify store setup, product/catalog management, and checkout flowsUnderstanding of customer journeys in D2C e-commerceAbility to work full-time from office in DelhiMust have a personal laptopPreferred SkillsExperience working with luxury or premium D2C brandsExposure to Shopify Plus (bonus)Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics)Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization)Prior agency experience managing multiple brandsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsCompensation₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
