About the internship:Krazio Cloud is looking for a Telecalling intern who is fluent in English writing and Hindi speaking! As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills while providing top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.

2. Handle incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries.

3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.

4. Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.

5. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from customers to improve our services.

6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

7.
