Quality System & Compliance: Maintain compliance with QMS, WHO GDP, ISO 9001, IATA/ADR, and internal SOPs. Report non-compliances, issues, or complaints to the QA Manager.2. Document Control: Manage controlled documents, including SOPs, change controls, risk assessments, CAPAs, internal training, and vendor/supplier approvals.3. Audits & Inspections: Assist the QA Manager in internal/remote audits and self-inspections. Support Branch Managers with warehouse compliance and customer audit readiness.4. Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to optimize efficiency and workflows. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement new processes.5. Reporting & Field Support: Prepare monthly quality reports (CAPA, audits, concerns) and visit customer sites for quality reviews when necessary.Qualifications & Skills1. Experience: 2-3 years in QA within the pharmaceutical or cold chain logistics industry.2. Education: Any Bachelor's degree.3. Core Skills: QA/QC management, quality auditing, CAPA management, and document control.4. Regulations: Knowledge of WHO GDP, ISO 9001:2015, and cold chain logistics standards.5.
