Telesales Executive

Job Description: Sales Telecaller - Punjabi Process (Night Shift) We are looking for energetic, driven, and result-oriented Sales Telecallers for a dedicated Punjabi-speaking calling process in a dynamic BPO/call center environment. In this role, you will specialize in service sales , engaging prospective clients exclusively in Punjabi , building rapport, and driving business growth. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply, and 1 week of comprehensive training will be provided upon joining. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers strictly in Punjabi to pitch and sell our services. Lead Generation & Conversion: Qualify leads, understand customer needs, present service offerings, handle objections, and close sales BPO Standards: Maintain high standards of customer interaction and adherence to quality metrics set by the call center. Requirements & Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluency in Punjabi (mandatory for calling customers). Industry Background: Experience in a BPO / Call Center/ Sales/ Service environment is preferred. Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in service sales or telecalling. Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates. Shift Details: Fixed Night Shift (Timings: 8:30 PM – 6:00 AM ). Training: 1 week of training will be provided to help you get acquainted with our processes and services. Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills in Punjabi.
