Senior IT Recruiter – Cybersecurity Domain

Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment — requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.Source cybersecurity and IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and industry networks.Evaluate candidates for skills such as Network Security, SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, IAM, VAPT, and GRC.Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.Drive timely closures and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership review.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Required Skills & Experience:4–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Cybersecurity profiles.Strong understanding of technical skills and cybersecurity roles.Hands-on experience with hiring tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under timelines.
