Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Manage cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions.
• Facilitate NEFT and RTGS transactions, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and operational activities.
• Assist in training new staff on branch operations and customer service protocols.
