About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with an engineering background rooted in the .NET ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and highly technical execution. You won't just track Jira tickets—you will architect project timelines, manage cross-functional sprint teams, map complex system dependencies, and deeply understand our software architecture to unblock engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of scalable enterprise web applications built on C#, .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure.
• Architecture & Scoping: Work with Tech Leads and Software Architects to translate complex system designs into actionable, clear engineering roadmaps.
• Sprint & Lifecycle Management: Own sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Dependency Mapping: Proactively identify technical risks, infrastructure bottlenecks, and scope changes across multiple interdependent dev streams.

Required Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 8+ years of total experience in software development environments, with at least 3+ years dedicated to Technical Project Management or Agile Delivery Management.
• Core Technical DNA: Strong former or current hands-on experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Practical understanding of cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices (preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS).
• Agile Tools Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for building sprint velocity metrics and roadmaps.
