We are looking for a Technical Recruiter specializing in US-based clients.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage the full-life-cycle recruiting process, collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, and source top technical talent to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

The Technical

Recruiter will also focus on fostering positive candidate experiences and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiringTechnical Recruiting experience with a strong understanding of technical roles and skill requirementsStrong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teamsExperience in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managersAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools is a plus
