About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives across strategy, product, growth, operations, partnerships, and execution.

You'll turn ambiguous problems into structured plans, drive cross-functional projects to completion, and build systems that make the company operate faster and better. The role involves significant exposure to founders and requires strong judgment, ownership, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives directly with the founders.

Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition and research through execution and outcomes.

Use AI tools, agents, automation, and APIs to automate workflows and repetitive operational processes.

Conduct market, customer, competitive, and financial research to support key decisions.

Work across Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, BD, and Operations as needed.

Support strategic partnerships, hiring, planning, and other founder-led initiatives.

Track company-level priorities, metrics, and execution against goals.

Who We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, strategy, operations, founder's office, or similar environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with excellent judgment.

Demonstrated ability to independently own projects and drive them to completion.

Comfortable operating across functions and handling ambiguity.

Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, agents, APIs, and workflow automation; able to identify and implement opportunities to automate internal workflows.

Strong interest in AI, Web3, crypto, fintech, developer infrastructure, or emerging technologies.

High ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.

Willing to work from our Gurugram office 6 days/week.
