BDE / BDM – Domestic Staffing

What You’ll Do:• Generate new business opportunities in the Domestic Staffing & Recruitment sector• Identify and acquire new clients through calls, LinkedIn, email & networking• Build and maintain strong client relationships• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure• Achieve monthly revenue and business development targetsWhat We’re Looking For:✔️ 3–8 years of experience in Staffing/Recruitment Sales or B2B Business Development✔️ Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills✔️ Good understanding of domestic staffing/hiring models✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills✔️ Target-driven and proactive approach
