About the Role As a Recruiter, you will own the talent lifecyclefrom sourcing to offer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-End Sourcing Identify top-tier talent across job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks. Screening & Interviews Conduct reputed company screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment. Candidate Management Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind. Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions. Coordination & Logistics Schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and facilitate background verifications. Negotiation Extend offers and assist in salary negotiations to close the best talent. Candidate Experience Ensure every applicant receives professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the process. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Proven Experience Demonstrated success as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. Technical Sourcing Familiarity with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and modern recruitment strategies. Communication Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Judgment Strong decision-making abilities and an eye for identifying "star" talent. Mindset reputed company, solutions-oriented, and highly organized under pressure. Education Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
