Job Title : UI/UX Designer - SaaS / Healthcare ProductExperience : 2–5 YearsLocation : Ghaziabad / NoidaShift : Night ShiftEmployment Type : Full-TimeJob Summary :We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with experience in designing SaaS-based products, preferably within the Healthcare / HealthTech domain. The ideal candidate should have strong UI/UX fundamentals, exposure to 3D animation / motion design, and a good understanding of frontend development.Key Responsibilities :Design intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS-based web and healthcare products.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.Design responsive and consistent experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Engineering teams to translate product requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Apply 3D animation, motion graphics, and micro-interactions wherever required to enhance product experience.Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.Conduct user-centric design thinking and continuously improve usability and overall product experience.Understand SaaS product workflows, dashboards, user roles, and complex data-driven interfaces.Ensure designs follow modern UX, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability principles.Mandatory Skills :2–5 years of relevant UI/UX Design experienceExperience designing SaaS-based productsExperience in Healthcare / HealthTech domainGood understanding of Frontend Development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design conceptsExposure to 3D Animation / Motion DesignStrong proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX design toolsExperience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systemsStrong understanding of responsive and user-centric designGood communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to work in Night ShiftGood to Have :Experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworksKnowledge of Blender, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsExperience designing healthcare, medical, hospital, or HealthTech SaaS platformsExperience with dashboards, analytics platforms, admin panels, and enterprise SaaS applicationsKnowledge of accessibility standards and healthcare UX considerationsExperience creating interactive prototypes, animations, and micro-interactionsPreferred Profile :UI/UX + SaaS Product + Healthcare/HealthTech + Frontend Understanding + 3D/Motion Design Exposure
