SEO Intern (Unpaid)

Minderfly is a bootstrapped software studio building offline-first, one-time-purchase productivity and education tools distributed on Microsoft Store, VS Code Marketplace, and Gumroad — with zero paid marketing so far. We're looking for an SEO Intern to help us grow organic discovery for our products.

Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research for our product category (productivity/education software)

Optimize product listing pages (Microsoft Store, VS Code Marketplace, Gumroad, website) for search visibility

Support on-page SEO for our website/blog (meta tags, headers, internal linking)

Research competitor SEO strategies and identify content gaps

Assist with backlink outreach and directory submissions

Track rankings and report on organic traffic growth

Suggest content topics based on keyword opportunities

This is an unpaid internship suited for someone looking to build real-world SEO experience with a live, shipping product portfolio.
