Assistant Manager Accounts

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, audit, MIS reporting, financial controls and compliance. Candidates with experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

Prepare and review MIS reports and financial statements.

Handle audit requirements and coordinate with auditors.

Ensure proper financial controls and compliance.

Perform account reconciliations and monitor outstanding payments.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Analyze financial data and provide accurate reports to management.

Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance.

Experience in Audit and Compliance.

Good knowledge of MIS Reporting.

Understanding of Financial Controls.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills
