Role Description The Outbound Sales Agent is a full-time, Remote job. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote mortgage products, explain loan options, and generate qualified leads. The agent will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and support customers through the initial stages of the application process. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, collaborating with team members and supervisors, and staying up-to-date on product features, eligibility criteria, and basic insurance offerings related to mortgage services. The role also includes handling customer questions professionally.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, with the ability to explain financial products in a simple, customer-friendly manner.Customer Service skills focused on empathy, problem-solving, and building trust over the phone.Sales skills, including lead generation and closing techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Basic understanding of Insurance and mortgage-related products, or willingness to learn and apply product knowledge quickly.Training capability or willingness to participate in ongoing training on sales techniques, compliance, and product updates.Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, financial services, or banking is Preferred.Freshers Are Also Welcome.Ability to work in target-driven environment and adapt to process changes.Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma. .
