Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist to join our finance team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing billing processes, invoice processing, and timesheet management, with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Oversee accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies related to customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare reports as needed.
• Utilize Salesforce and other financial software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits as required.
