Position: Career Counsellor cum Administrator

Experience: 13 years

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time

Language Requirements: Hindi and any one regional language

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to guide and mentor trainees while managing essential administrative responsibilities.

Key Requirements

Graduation in any discipline.

Experience in sales, education, counselling, or related fields.

Strong communication, counselling, and mentoring skills.

Proficiency in Hindi and any regional language such as Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu. Knowledge of North-Eastern languages will be an advantage.

Good system knowledge (intermediate/advanced level).

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel when required.

Japanese language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel, mentor, and support students in their academic and personal development.

Conduct sessions on soft skills, interview preparation, and examination readiness.

Manage trainee schedules, reports, and records.

Coordinate with placement teams to ensure smooth training operations.

Maintain NAVIS standards and work towards achieving zero dropouts in batches.

Be available for extended working hours or travel when required.
