Job Description – SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) – Sr. ConsultantExperience: 6 to 10 YearsRole: Senior Consultant Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support. The candidate should be comfortable working in highly customized SAP landscapes and possess cross-domain BRIM knowledge to support complex billing and invoicing scenarios.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) activities across implementation and AMS projectsWork on end-to-end BRIM CI processes, including configuration, enhancements, and supportHandle incident management, problem management, and service requests in AMS engagementsAnalyze and troubleshoot issues in highly customized BRIM systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, ABAP) to ensure seamless integrationSupport billing, invoicing, and revenue-related processes within BRIM landscapeAssist business and functional teams in root cause analysis and solution designPrepare and maintain functional specifications, solution documents, and KT materialsSupport testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and defect resolutionRequired Skills & Experience6–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP CIHands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support projectsStrong knowledge of SAP BRIM architecture and end-to-end flowExperience working in highly customized SAP BRIM environmentsCross-domain BRIM knowledge (BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, ABAP – exposure preferred)Good understanding of integration points within BRIM and with other SAP modulesAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsGood to HaveExposure to SAP S/4HANA BRIMBasic understanding of ABAP debugging in BRIM-related issuesExperience working with global customers and large AMS engagements
