Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives and market conditions.

Analyze market data to identify target demographics, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.

Set sales goals and quotas for the sales team.

Marketing Execution:

Create and manage a variety of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including online listings, social media, email marketing, print advertising, and event marketing.

Develop compelling property descriptions and marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.

Utilize SEO and PPC strategies to optimize online visibility.

Sales Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team

Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales agents to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer service

Monitor individual sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Lead Generation:

Develop strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and online platforms

Implement lead nurturing campaigns to maintain interest and move prospects through the sales funnel

Customer Relationship Management:

Build robust relationships with potential buyers and sellers

Effectively communicate property details and address customer concerns throughout the sales process

Reporting and Analysis:
