Business Development Manager - Direct Sales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Direct Sales to join our team at HDFC LIFE in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct channel sales, with a focus on CASA (Current Account Savings Account), credit card sales, and loan sales. This role is crucial for driving our sales initiatives and expanding our customer base.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
